The Scented Imagination: Daydreaming with Your Nose

Join Yosh and Andrea for an interactive workshop that will engage all of your senses! Learn to tap into your creative channels and formulate them into narratives that speak from your soul. Whether you’re writing fiction, non-fiction, poetry or a history paper, this workshop will expand your notion of "what’s possible?” We will be exploring the power of scent to ignite the imagination. Did you know that about 30% of millennials would rather give up their sense of smell than their smart phones? What these young adults don't realize is that memories, imagination, and feelings are more readily reached through the sense of smell than through any other channel. We'll be using easy-to-guess scents as well as quirky and mysterious scents for this dreamy workshop. Come with your ideas!
